IT Maintenance

We offer maintenance agreements that you can fully adapt according to your requirements. You have access to your own contact person who you can make fixed maintenance agreements with. For example, our IT professional comes to you on a weekly or monthly basis for a day, or a part of a day, at your location. On these days, various management tasks are dealt with, such as support on issues, network maintenance and maintenance on servers and checks on, for example, back-up applications. On other days you can contact our support department, so you will always have quick and easy access to support.

Not only do we offer support in the Amsterdam and Noord-Holland area, but also throughout the Netherlands. We can also take care of maintenance, monitoring and remote management.

When you set up a maintenance agreement, you have maximum certainty for both a functioning IT and telephony infrastructure. In addition, it enables you to keep your costs manageable. You pay a fixed, low monthly fee for the security of a well-functioning IT environment. You also benefit from a lower hourly rate for operations that may fall outside the parameters of the agreement.

However, we also provide IT management without agreement if required!

The maintenance agreements

An overview of the maintenance agreements:

Bronze Silver Silver+ Gold
  • Gives rights to management/support of a single device, for example a managed firewall or a telephone exchange.
  • Right to service desk during business hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Guaranteed response times in accordance with SLA
  • Preventative and proactive IT management (periodic checks, checks in accordance with Use IT checklists, back-up, etc.)
  • Adequate implementation of necessary (security) updates/patches
  • Updated system documentation
  • Advice (recurring advice based on the latest level of knowledge and market developments)
  • Network monitoring
  • Monitoring of main server & network functionality
  • Fixed reduced rates for additional hours
  • Not fixed to annual contract (can be cancelled per quarter)
  • Equivalent to Silver + guaranteed IT management for a fixed amount per month with no monthly agreement for additional hours.
  • Equivalent to Silver + guaranteed response times throughout the entire week between 8:00 and 20:00 (stand-by for mission critical applications).

 

Furthermore, we also offer a Platinum maintenance agreement. This is our tailor-made management agreement.
